is a non-interventional, observational study designed to better understand the lives of those diagnosed with LQTS Type 2 or 3 and shape the future of care. This study is registered on ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07075445).

You will not be asked to take any medications, undergo procedures, or make changes to your current treatment during the study.

You may qualify if you:
- Have a diagnosis of Long QT Syndrome (LQTS) Type 2 or Type 3
- Are 18 years or older
- Currently reside in the United States
- Are comfortable using a smartphone and wearable device
